Custom Solutions

Customer Mail Shots

b2 IT have developed a database application for automating a customer mail shot for a particular service your business may offer. The service can be an item (e.g. a new product) or an event (e.g. a seminar or workshop). This application will allow you to choose a service then, using carefully defined criteria, select a range of relevant customers for a mailing list that is automatically merged with a Microsoft Word document for sending to the customer. Issue Management System

Having been frustrated by the lack of quality systems available to record problems or issues and follow their progress, b2 IT have developed a generic product that can easily be customised to suit any business type. All businesses deal in some way with customers and these customers need to feel confident that whatever product or service is being supplied is being monitored to ensure it's quality is high and the delivery timescale is being met. One example of how our product could be applied is at a Customer Support Centre where each call made by a customer would be logged to detail all relevant information. The customer would be given a unique reference number to allow them to track the progress of their call. Each call would be assigned to someone responsible for progressing it through to it's satisfactory completion and the system can generate management reports which could be used to analyse performance. Other examples of where the system could be used are at a dentist or doctors surgery, where it could be used to record appointments and patient treatment, and a garage, where it would be used to record the work required on each vehicle.
